Ro is a very special human being with exceptional skills. She is professional, knowledgeable and so very kind. After weeks of skiing, Ro is able to soothe my weary muscles while helping me understand my body and its messaging. Difficult to snag an appointment….and I know why!! She is that good,
I go to Ro regularly for maintenance massages to keep my aging body loose and in good shape for athletic endeavors, such as skiing and hiking. She's great at pinpointing problems, particularly where my fascia is bunched up, and releasing the knots. I highly recommend her.
Maybe Wellness is outstanding! On my first visit I went to try to leesen my neck and lower back pain. During the visit I mentioned to Ro about some knuckle pain I had in both hands for the last 10 years. In two visits the knuckle pain is gone and has been gone for months. My lower back and neck not only feel way better but I am able to do more lifting and walking pain free than I have been able to for several years. It is amazingly wonderful! I can't say enough about how much better I feel. jimD
Ro is an excellent listener and she works magic at alleviating restrictions to movement.
I recently completed the 10-series with Ro and I would definitely recommend it! I felt like my posture improved as well as my flexibility. Ro is very knowledgable and was always patient with all my questions.
