Been using this place for 3 years. I've never had any issues.
We are new to Saplupa so we were looking for a new accountant. I reached out to Mayberry and was on hold for 35 minutes. I finally hung up and called back and the lady that answered did not have any issues with me waiting on hold for 35 minutes. There are two many options to have to be treated like this.
IDK how he has 5 stars, as he knows NOTHING about preparing a simple return. I am buying a home and needed to get my 22 return filed. I emailed him the information, picked up and paid for my return, then a few days later, I got a notice from the IRS that I owe $700 MORE than what he said I owed. I'm not upset that I owe (I knew I would and expected to pay the initial amount, NOT the $700 EXTRA!). I'm upset that KENT MAYBERRY did my taxes and FAILED to inform me about this! BAD BUSINESS! UNPROFESSIONAL! INEFFICIENT!
