I just came here to renew my ATM card, but I’ve already been waiting for almost 2 hours. There are not enough staff available to assist customers, and it’s really frustrating and a waste of time waiting this long just for a card renewal. I hope the bank can improve the staffing and service efficiency.
Came here around 10:40 AM just to make a bank in transaction. It’s already 12:00 PM and I’m still waiting for the slip. Honestly, didn’t expect a simple transaction to take this long. I understand if there are many customers, but more than an hour for this? Really disappointing.
2026 September 3.Very disappointing service and extremely poor efficiency. I arrived shortly after 2 PM with more than 20 numbers ahead of me. Despite having quite a number of staff on site, the queue moved extremely slowly. What was even more concerning was that after 4 PM, when the doors were closed and no new customers were allowed in, the queue suddenly moved by 8–10 numbers in less than 15 minutes. Service was terribly slow and not customer oriented. Staff more interested in chatting than serving customers.
Too slow, take more than 2 hours only for queue.
