Purposely called the branch to enquire about their coin deposit machine, the personnel said it’s still functioning. Padahal upon arrival, the machine show out of service lol. Guess it’s not my day then sadly.
I came to this Maybank branch today to open an account and was really satisfied with the service. The staff at Counter 19 made me feel very comfortable. She was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I hope the management continues to keep staff like her. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a bank. Great job!
