First time in this branch. Gave me a number and didn't ask me to wait upstairs. Ended up waiting at the wrong place for 30mins while the staffs chit chat with each other. Then my number has passed and they gave me a new number. Had to wait AGAIN. The lady at the front desk is the worst. Ignored all the customers that walked in. Don't put such a person at your front desk!!! Paints the branch with a negative image.
I had to come to this branch for two consecutive days because I faced issues with the MAE app on the first day and problems with my online business account registration on the second day. I really appreciate how helpful and patient all the staff were. They guided me step by step throughout the whole process.
