Extremely poor customer service. I asked a simple question, but both the security guard and staff responded rudely and impatiently. Their tone was loud, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a bank branch. I will definitely not visit this branch again. Very disappointing.
