Datang rabu nak buka akaun, dah isi borang tapi tak boleh buat sebab penuh dan disuruh datang esok. Khamis datang kad tak ada stok dah habis suruh datang hari jumaat pula. Cuti sia² macam tu je.
Datang nak activate acc SME lepas register online. terpaksa apply cuti sebab kerja hakiki. bila sampai di kaunter, front desk bagitahu suruh dtg hari lain sebab incharge utk buka acc SME ni cuti. kita nya dah lah susah nak apply cuti. Maybank tak ada mekanisma yang lebih efektif ke utk seleaikan hal mcm ni? kalau officer tu cuti orang lain tak boleh ganti ke? mengecewakan
