yang angkat call memang tak reti layang customer ke? cakap macam nak memaki je kerja. Bila tanya semua salah sistem, dia muka depan maybank patut tahu lah macam mana sistem maybank kerja, ni jawab tak tahu. Lepastu tanya siapa yang tahu? dia pun tak tahu siapa yang tahu. Baik tak payah kerja cutomer service macam ni kalau semua benda tak nak ambil tahu!!!!!!! Fail maybank melawtai menyesal buat dekat sini!
ridiculously slow service.
I was very annoyed by a staff member who had been very inconsiderate when I did some banking transactions at the counter. She asked me to fill up forms in front of her instead of assisting me to fill them up. Just wonder whether that how banks work nowadays. Luckily I was able to do so even though my hands were shaky under the very cold air-conditioning. For those who are elderly or illiterate, it’ll be very difficult for them. They’ll not be able to do any banking transactions without the help of their children.
Today went to bank and the staffs were friendly and worked fast. They assisted in updating my new device. Thanks
