Very disappointed with the service at the current account department. I went twice to open a current account for my Sdn Bhd, but the chinese staff at counter 13 was unhelpful and quite rude. Instead of assisting, she kept asking me to apply online. The problem is, the online application kept showing errors and I couldn’t proceed.
