Very slow service. Visit the bank as your last option. Have to replace my debit card and to open a new account today. My number was 10 pax away. It took them 2 hours to reach to my number. Then I had to wait longer, because the officer could not replace my card as the appointed office that was holding the debit card stocks is unavailable. Basically I had to wait sometime at the counter. The officer was efficient and present. I suspected the delay is in the procedure. MAYBANK please take note. Waiting time is extremely long.. why the service is very very slow,, 1 hour = 1 customer. HQ Maybank do something about this branch.

What I learned from walk-in: - If your current mortgage is already Islamic, refinancing will typically switch it to a conventional loan. - If your original loan is conventional, then you can refinance into an Islamic facility. At the branch, the credit officer immediately took my property address from the tenancy agreement to check for valuation (3 pm). Surprisingly, I received an update on the current valuation from the bank on the same day. Kudos to Ms. Jihah for the fast and efficient response.
