Visited Maybank Subang Perdana today to replace a missing card and update my phone number. Arrived around 10:30am and was only called at 1:10pm and completed at 1:27pm. The staff were helpful but the waiting time was very long! I was there with a toddler and a 9 year old and luckily my husband was with me. I also noticed elderly customers and a mum with young children. I can’t imagine managing such a long wait alone, especially on a Friday!
