Went there to open a savings account yesterday, lady in the reception keep rejecting me saying my company doesn’t have salary accounts with them, its a famous IT company and majority of the staff using maybank already, but she reject my request. So according to her i cannot open a savings account or current account because my company doesn’t have a salary accounts with them, funny and wasted my time to go there.

Very bad experience here. Took 1hour also couldn’t get in the queue. All stuff chatting and no one serve. VERY BAD! I just come to renew my debit card At last they didn’t serve me and closed. No one serving me at all. Like I take the queue for syok. NON PROFESSIONAL AT ALL
