Every experience I’ve had at this bank has been disappointing. They always manage to keep you waiting for hours. I requested a paper, was told it will take one day. Came back the next day only to be told that the supervisor was gone during the day and should wait until she comes back. Why can’t they plan and coordinate better if they’ve had 24 hours? I don’t know if it’s a Maybank thing or just this particular branch but it’s completely unprofessional.
I would like to give a big appreciation to Rizal for his excellent service. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. His explanation was very clear and easy to understand, which made everything much easier and smoother for me. Really satisfied with the service provided. Thank you, Rizal, for the great assistance and excellent customer service. Definitely a great experience!
Disappointed with the customer service at this branch. A staff member named Zana was unprofessional and dismissive in her approach. Maybank should provide proper training to their staff on how to interact with customers and emphasize the importance of being courteous and hospitable, as they are in a customer service role. I hope the branch takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its customer service and professionalism. The Google rating speaks for itself.
Staff penipu - nak withdraw duit ASB, saya beratur untuk ambil nombor giliran, barisan dah la panjang. Ramai sangat yang beratur. Tapi bila sampai turn, staff (perempuan, umur pertengahan 30-an) dia kata tak boleh bawa keluar duit dalam ASB. Saya call ASB dan pihak ASB kata boleh je, system tak offline pun. Tapi staff tu kata system ASB offline, tak boleh bawa keluar duit ASB satu Malaysia. Apa jenis perangai menipu customer.
