I waited for more than two hours just to replace my card. If it wasn’t urgent, I wouldn’t have come to the branch. I would have simply booked through the app. I arrived at around 2 PM, but by 4 PM, my number still hadn’t been called. The reason given was that there were many customers because Singapore was on holiday. So… is that supposed to be my problem?
