Kudosss to Encik Fakhrul. Sangat membantu urusan saya harini. Walaupun dah pukul 3-4ptg. Tapi masih melayan dgn baik dan dengar apa yg saya ceritakan. Willingly to help me, he even go extra mile to call CS MBB himself. 5star untuk Encik Fakhrul. Cumanya kaunter depan, Puan tlg lah jgn nampak malas dan lemah sgt masa bekerja. Tlg bersemangat sikit dan bantu customer dgn ikhlas.
Service paling lazy dan stupid. Front desk tak membantu langsung.
