Extremely disappointing service. I waited for almost 2 hours, with only two counters open despite the number of customers waiting. I was served at Counter 10 on 6 October 2026, and the attitude of the bank officer was particularly disappointing. I visited this Maybank branch to update my citizenship details, but I had to wait 30 minutes just for ONE queue number to be called. The waiting time was frustrating, especially for what should have been a straightforward administrative process. I hope the branch can improve its service efficiency and reduce waiting times for customers.
