Servis lembab, panggil giliran tak ikut turutan ( Randomly call ), buang masa customer
Super duper slow.. Cannot even open the door earlier to let customers take numbers and queue inside.. Making all customers standing outside under the hot sun and wait.. Even when get inside, counter less than half open, super slow service.. Sit here more than 5 minutes also haven't even start, time already 9.45am.. Only saw them pressing the keyboards only.. Can't you all open the pc and get ready before 9.30am? How long you want customers to wait? Wr don't have plenty of time..
