Tukar syiling ada masa tertentu. 9:30am till 12:00 noon sahaja! (Tolong update dalam system untuk masa pertukaran syiling) Sebelum datang tukar duit kene call. Sebab takut machine tak ok! (Tak service machine coins ?) Bila call, tak pernah pulak angkat!! Bad service!!

I would like to raise a complaint regarding my experience at the Maybank branch today. I went to the branch because my account is currently restricted and I was unable to make payment for my outstanding amount. I had already contacted Maybank Service Centre and requested for the outstanding amount to be deducted. Very Disappointing Customer Service Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff at this branch. My mother came to the bank and asked for assistance with Maybank2u because she was not familiar with the process. Instead of assisting her properly, the staff responded rudely, saying, “If you don’t know how to use it, don’t use it.” Seriously?
