Accompanied my Indonesian friend here after a graveyard shift and got WORSTCLASS service from a staff named Yunus. He literally laughed at us and blamed us for coming to this branch. Investment counter only one. Waiting for one customer in front talking almost an hour. Investment consultant doesn’t acknowledge whoever waiting next. There’s no number of managing system nor courtesy to acknowledge customer. Front desk say just wait. Extremely poor service experience.
