Not sure if I was lucky, but customer service here was very good! They solved my problem super fast and was very friendly / understanding through the whole process.
The lady at the customer service booth was very unhelpful !!!!! She wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before letting me know how to solve my problem !! In the end , I had to tell her off to please let me finish telling her what my problem is . To make matters worse , she gave wrong solutions that didn't help. I had to get help from the cashier at the counter. Why can't she be more patient n learn to use her listening skills first before opening her mouth !! Extremely disappointed with Maybank’s Cash Deposit Machine. Followed all instructions, no RM1 or RM5 notes included, yet the machine jammed with around RM1,000 inside. This machine caused serious inconvenience. Imagine if the funds were urgently needed. Very concerning. Hello, please get a new updated machine please.
