Truly dissatisfied and disappointed with the way they handle my currency exchange. They should have assign a RM to me to offer the best rate since am preferred customer. It didn’t happened and I have the lowest rate amongst other banks. Also waited a week and no one contacted me. Planning to migrate into other branches or banks. 😠
Useless branch. One branch manager replacing another yet could not provide follow-ups and worst, providing wrong info that problem became customer's issue.
Accompanied my Indonesian friend here after a graveyard shift and got WORSTCLASS service from a staff named Yunus. He literally laughed at us and blamed us for coming to this branch. When I asked what the issue was, he refused to explain and just said,“Saya tulis kat kertas ini nti bagi je kat branch ampang, sebab kalau saya bagitau skarang nti kamu tak tau apa nak ckp kat sana” He gave zero solutions, lacked basic knowledge, and just pushed us away to the Ampang branch because of his own ego.
