I had a pleasant experience here, went to rivercity after such a bad customer service at maybank sentul raya. Most of the maybank staff at rivercity are friendlier and helpful in helping me and my mom since my mom’s account was blocked because she got scam, thank you for making our experience here pleasant and memorable. Waiting time was not long even there are handfuls of customers.
