Dealing with this Maybank branch is incredibly frustrating. No one ever picks up the number they provided. The general line is not any better. There are long wait times, and when they redirect you to another number, that one goes unanswered too. What is going on there? This is really poor service.
I “Kill switched” my account due to an unapproved transaction. Went to their branch and took the number only to stand and wait for the respective person to be present (counter 3). After standing and waiting for 20 minutes, the person came and directed me to reactivate my account at the front of the office with another representative. After going back to counter 3 again without the counter ticket, I proceeded to wait for another 20minutes before taking a new ticket number to which I had to wait for another 20 minutes. Pergi sign agreement, tendang tingkat dua, staff pompuan tu tak bagi salam, takde senyum, terus tanya ‘nak apa??’ Aik.. da mcm pasar cowboy.. takde training ke Maybank ni? Customer service out.
