Someone who wants to open a bank account should NOT visit this branch, i stepped in at 2.45 and came out at 4.15 just to open a bank account. Bank staff sharing 1 PC at the counter, Maybank service going down the drain.No numbering system.
The children and I were very satisfied with our experience on a Tuesday at around 11:30am. The staff were all very helpful and sorted out our issues promptly. Definitely much more helpful than other banks I have visited
