Very disappointed with the service. I waited for almost 1 hour without anyone informing me that the counter was upstairs. My queue number had already passed, but no staff guided me. The lady staff downstair should be more alert, especially when the bank is about to close and a customer is still waiting without being served. A simple apology and clear directions would have made a big difference instead you ask customer “Did I give you the number?” Please be more professional and improve customer service.
