Thank you to Mr at the reception (sorry forgot to get his name) today at 10.30am for patiently helping my dad fix his minor problem regarding the mae app. He was very polite and helpful despite having other customers to attend to. My dads problem has been fix swiftly and promptly.
Went here this morning for change my expired bank card. The pic named Mr .Firdaus is really helpfull and very polite while assist me to changing my card. His explanation is really clear when explain about the QR BIZ apps.. big applause to him with his professional way..

Went with my daughter to renew her atm card. Next in line to be served. Waited for almost 1 hour. 1 HOUR FOR 1 number. RIDICULOUS!!!!. Got 3-4 counter open with your bank officers. I see people who has no number just keep going to the bank officers one after another. So disappointing. My family will not ever use your bank again. Other banks are better. They are always on the phone. Even one of your bank officers i saw pointing her finger at customers while talking to them. What is this??!!!
