Berurusan di kuanter no. 2 . 10.30 pagi 20 April 2026. Pegawai berkenaan banyak membebel. Banyak soal jawab, persoal kenapa saya tak ada online banking. Saya dah bagitau phone saya hilang, dia tanya saya balik kenapa tak buat online banking? Pesepsi saya pegawai jenis pemalas, tak mau buat kerja lebih.
Got the worst experience here today, service out! Keep on passing me to another person then another person when he couldnt handle the case. There was an error on his computer or whatever it is and asked me to call and explain the problem to the kl branch even though idk the problem.I beg you to train your staff better Maybank. I genuinely felt humiliated today.
service dekat kaunter 3 out. bila saya tanya, dia pass dkt org lain leps tu pass lg dekat org lain but no action. menjerit dkt saya sampai semua org tengok saya. Really bad service!!!!!! Please trained ur staff how to treat people. (tarikh berurusan 06.04.2026)
