First time pergi nak buat kad baru. Pegawai sngt baik peramah staff lelaki di kaunter 8 pada isnin 20/4 around 2.20-3 sngt membantu , memudahkan urusan selesai urusan buat kad baru dalam 20minit . Terima kasih
Tak helpful. Belum sampai kaunter pun lagi. Tapi customer service pun tak nak pandang mata time bercakap dgn cust sambil main handphone. Sombong ye acik.
