We arrived at the bank around 2.10pm to create a bank account for my son. The approach from the front desk staff was so rude. Repeated at least 3 times if I am ok to wait until 5pm. There were just 5 person ahead of us. The whole experience was bad, even after we seated down the lady still came to me again to ask if I can wait for 2-3hours. I really don’t understand why it took so long for only 6 person. The customer service really need to be improved.

The ninja turtles at counters moves at super-light speed until we normal people who are queueing for number calling, see them like crawling macam lembu. This is the law of an object moving at super light speed, where the rest at its surrounding will feel like super slow. Waited two hours with 6 numbers served, and 15 more before me at 3PM.
