Called up Hire and Purchase department to get assistance and Pn Norhaliza picked up the phone. She provided prompt response and solutions to my concerns before I could even begin with. I am very impressed and offered to send any feedback form for her but she was very humble and respectfully refused. I am from service line too and I believe good services deserves to be appreciated!
