Staff very polite
Probably the worst experience I had in any Malaysian banks, please avoid for the sake of your mental sanity and wellbeing. Incompetent, arrogant staff lacking any customer service, knowledge or attitude combined with the long wait didn't made me feel like a valuable customer. What a shame and loss to Maybank, I did myself a favour by closing my account and switching to Public Bank.
