Very poor service at Maybank Kulim. The front counter staff were not friendly or helpful, and I felt that I was treated differently because of my race. The service at the counters was also extremely slow, even though there were very few customers. At times, there was no staff attending the counter. Very disappointing experience. I hope the management will look into the staff’s attitude, waiting time, and overall customer service.
