Servis mcm celaka...byk main...staf lembab gila buat kerja...mmg last masuk maybank nih.... Bila taya staf rehat...staf rehat dri kul 1 spai kul 5ptg ka...gila btoi...maybank mmg problem....
First experience dealing directly with front line staff here, despite more than 15yrs in Kulim. I must say, it was a wasn't surprise, polite and friendly team in here and very helpful too. Keep up the good work.
Bad service, not much customer but the staff not willing to help, push customer from one counter to another, senior citizen don’t know how to use apps and they not willing to help and don’t teach how to fill in the form. Just ask customer go back fill… very bad service…
