Today, I went to Maybank Kota Kemuning because there was an issue with my account. I was assisted by a customer service representative named Kogilavani, who was incredibly kind. The way she handled every customer was truly commendable. She was friendly, polite, and at the same time managed to assist several customers without any hesitation. She is truly a hardworking and dedicated person. Her professionalism and excellent customer service deserve to be appreciated.
I had a great experience at the Maybank Kota Kemuning branch. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite throughout my visit.
