Customer service indian women tidak beri kerjasama n rude. Please change another staff or Please resign jika tak nak berkerja di counter service. Please hired young n fresh graduate..not the old staff..selalu nak marah2 sudah tau replace yg muda young staff

The service is so slow, when i want to pick up my CC replacement due to fraud, i called the branch multiple times and no one answered, i went directly to the branch and they said i need to wait until someone call. Okay then after 3 weeks has passed, no one called eventho my new CC has already been reflected on my MAE. I callled again multiple times yet no one answered. Today I came to Maybank Kota Kemuning around 2:50 PM to withdraw my children’s ASB funds. An Indian staff member named Priya at the counter gave me a queue number and one withdrawal form. Then I requested 2 additional forms for my children’s accounts. However, she asked me to wait while she attended to another customer (indian cust) After waiting for several minutes without any clear instruction, a Malay staff member approached me and asked what I needed.
