I came in about an hour before closing on Friday, and I was really impressed by how patient and helpful everyone was, from the staff at the entrance all the way to Encik Afta. I had previously tried to create an account at another branch, but their machine wasn’t working. Thankfully, I came to this branch and everything was settled smoothly in less than 30 minutes. A big thank you to Encik Afta and the whole team for the excellent service and for patiently answering all my questions. Really appreciate it!
