Indeed very outstanding service. As a malaysian, I'm really impressed a bank to have such efficient and fast service. I went there for credit card application. Wani assist me very promptly. Please keep up the good work. Kudos to the staff there! 👍👍👍

I visited this Maybank branch to enquire about a housing loan. After I sat down, I greeted the staff, but there was no response. The staff was busy using his phone and did not initiate the conversation or ask how he could help. Instead, he simply looked at me, making the experience awkward and unwelcoming. For something as important as a housing loan, I expected better customer service. A simple greeting and "How may I help you?" would have been enough. Great overall customer service with a simple greeting from security at the entrance door to the front enquiry counter and finally at the desk.Very comfortable experience. P.S. My request was fulfilled very much earlier than expected. Thank you very much Cik Ekin.
