the customer service very bad i sent message to the staft about my house loan and the staft ask to contact another staft but that staft never reply my msg how can they treat customer like this
I've contacted several other branches regarding account activation issues, but none were particularly attentive or able to offer solutions or even schedule appointments (except for this branch). I really appreciate Maslamah for her quick response and attentiveness, as she was able to arrange an appointment for me within less than a week. And big thanks to Ashikin for being so patient and attentive to get it all resolved

Was at this branch ard 2pm+ . Ms Sal was very friendly and polite even though I carelessly gave her incorrect info. She directed me to Ms Tan whom was equally professional, patient and friendly. Both ladies helped me with my issue today in a very warm spirited manner. Thank you . Excellent service
