Bad customer service that I have experienced when dealing with Maybank. Quite an anomaly compared to other branches in Ipoh!
Slow services,counter only 2 or 3 open only, please improve your service
The person in charge of the money exchange counter always seems to be in a bad mood. I really don’t understand why — every single time, the attitude is negative. If you’re not happy with the job, please consider resigning instead of bringing that energy to work. This kind of behavior affects other staff and ruins the overall mood for customers. Honestly, the attitude is very unprofessional. I hope management can take this feedback seriously and consider changing the staff handling the money exchange counter.
