Wasted my 1 hour waiting. I want to get explanation about amount deducted from my acc. Front counter asked me to wait to be called. Waiting number not given. Name not called. Just walked off. Very few customers only and at a time there is no other customer except me. Really frustrated. Never given such lousy service from other branch.
