Rude and unreasonable. First a male stuff interrupted my conversation with his colleague and then female staff used some abbreviation as a reason to not open a bank account, and after i asked to decipher it - she got mad and started raising her voice like a food court auntie:“So you want or it not eh?”

From my point of view, Maybank Forest City SC gave a very good experience. I went there to get new notes for Hari Raya, and the service was very efficient and fast. During festive seasons, especially before Hari Raya, getting new notes can sometimes be time-consuming because many people are doing the same thing. Even tho I went to terminate their service, Ms.Nadia and Mr.Azim were so helpful and friendly. They help to resolve my issue in a timely manner and explain to me their procedures as well. Kudos to them for being in high spirits and professional even when fasting!
