Came here to open our business online account. Kash was the attending manager and she was very good - good service, patient, giving right info, and was able to sort it out for us.
Arrived at 9:15am to exchange duit raya and waited more than four hours, yes, 4 hours ; despite the bank issuing limited queue numbers for the day. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of communication from customer service. No updates, no explanation, and no effort to manage customers waiting. When asked, we were simply told this is “how it has always been done.” After many years banking with Maybank, this was honestly one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had.
