If you want to waste your time, this is the Maybank branch to go. I brought my foreigner friend there to update his account details - change from passport number to red IC. They were totally clueless about the process. Asked him to queue and fill up form. After waiting for long, they asked him to go JPN to collect a letter (the bank officer even wrote a note about which letter they wanted). I wanted to withdraw money from ASB but the biometric reader couldn't detect my fingerprint. I admit I do have problem with my fingerprint. But nowadays other banks and even JPN can detect mine except this branch. This has happened few times. And I ended up had to go to Taman Melawati branch since I know they never fail me. Maybe you need to relook at your biometric scanner.
The worst branch ever , please improve your system and staff !! I’ve been waiting for one and half hour , NO first come first serve here !
