The service experience was very disappointing. Although there are more than 10 counters available, only one counter was open. Even when there were no other customers waiting, the service was extremely slow and we had to wait a long time. In the end, I went to another bank and everything was completed within 2 minutes. Aku rasa staff maybank ni pemalas. 2 kali pergi tanya apa pun tak boleh buat. Suruh call customer service sedangkan benda tu kena buat kat bank. Pastu dia nak rehat suruh buat bank sebelah.
