Very disappointing experience at Maybank Batu Gajah. This happened about 1–2 years ago, when I needed to reprint an SME bank statement that was no longer available on Maybank2U. I called Maybank Customer Service beforehand specifically to ask about the procedure, documents required and how long it would take. Very bad staff, suka marah ii and jerit ii customer.
Simple activation for maybank2u also cannot give a correct guide, please train your midded age Malay guy properly.
I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM and arrived at 2:45 PM, well before the appointed time. However, I was not issued a queue number upon arrival, and my father and I were simply asked to wait without any explanation regarding the delay or the process.
