Sangat kecewa dengan servis di branch ni. Nak buka akaun dan buat kad bank je, tapi tunggu hampir 45 minit di meja staff lelaki (nama dirahsiakan). Sementara saya tunggu, kaunter sebelah dah settle lebih kurang 5 pelanggan, urusan saya yg sgt asas and mudah ni masih tak siap. Lepas balik rumah, baru dimaklumkan kad yang diberi tu salah dan saya kena datang semula ke branch untuk ambil kad yang betul. Yang kecewanya, minta maaf pun tak ada. aku pergi nk bukak acc , eh boleh ckp pulak xboleh buat dekat sini . setahu aku mmg boleh je bukak acc dekat mana2 bank terdekat. pegawai yg bercakap tu kerek gila . sibuk nk keluar awal sbb nk g makan tgh hari .
