Hi. Went for an overseas transfer of bank wire. The bank staff at level 1 is so kind and helpful. The bank wire transfers has to be made by visiting upstairs counter section. There is one “Indian lady” sitting behind the counter “3” she’s extremely rude and talks in an entirely non-professional way and the face that she makes “argghhh” as if have to pay her outstanding.
