Servis agak lambat bila tanya hanya 2/3 org saja yg bekerja di kaunter...sampai ada makcik cina bergaduh mulut ngn staff di kaunter...harap boleh improve lgi dr segi servis dn cara bercakap ngn org ya
Each staff can basically serve 3-4 customers only everyday. Each case take at least more than half an hour to settle. I got my number while there is only one number before me, waited for an hour and it’s still not my turn. Really need to do something to improvise your system, waiting time is way too terrible.
Always FULL of people. Understaffed. You'll be waiting hours. Poor customer service.
I understand that this branch serves a large number of customers every day, so it would be helpful to have more customer service staff available to assist. This could help reduce the workload on the existing staff and improve the overall service. Customer service staff should remain professional at all times.
