Each staff can basically serve 3-4 customers only everyday. Each case take at least more than half an hour to settle. I got my number while there is only one number before me, waited for an hour and it’s still not my turn. Really need to do something to improvise your system, waiting time is way too terrible.
Always FULL of people. Understaffed. You'll be waiting hours. Poor customer service.
I understand that this branch serves a large number of customers every day, so it would be helpful to have more customer service staff available to assist. This could help reduce the workload on the existing staff and improve the overall service. Customer service staff should remain professional at all times. The most useless maybank branch ever and you would think that the bankers will be efficient as it is in the heart of bandar sunway. I went to Sungai Long Branch to settle my savings account which was opened up in sunway and they told me to call the sunway branch and go there. Ive been calling for an hour and no answer at all so i decided to take a grab there.
