Bloody slow. Waited two hours for 11 queues just to renew my expired card.
Took me 1 hr 30 mins for my turn to open Joint account. There is only 1 counter doing this task. 4 other manned counters idling because they have other task which have not arrived. Not sure the logic behind the queue management here. The counter start queue calling ard 9.45pm. Dont bother coming early. Please improve on this. Others, please stay away if you are expecting efficient banking service.
I had a pleasant experience at this branch. Served by IZ, a kind and helpful staff in this branch for the renewal of my fire insurance. She puts in a lot of effort in assisting me. Highly commendable for her effort.
