The woman staff at Table no. 3 who attended to customers displayed an unfriendly attitude and behaved in an unprofessional manner. There was a lack of courtesy, no greeting or smile, and the staff did not make any effort to communicate politely. Her tone and behaviour were not aligned with the basic standards of customer service that a reputable bank should uphold.
Staff dan management pihak bank tidak bertimbang rasa kepada pelanggan warga emas (terlantar) yang debit kadnya telah expired. Beliau telah dihalau untuk balik oleh one of the staff pada hari tersebut. Sepatutnya perlu beri kemudahan kepada warga emas dan juga waris/anak/pasangan yang menguruskan warga emas untuk berurusan dengan bank. Jangan susahkan pelanggan lebih² lagi warga emas yang sakit terlantar di rumah hanya semata mata untuk urusan gantian kad bank.
