selaluye experience saya di maybank baik sahaja. tapi hari ni suami saya nk pecah duit raya, sebab hari ni sahaja yang kami boleh selesaikan urusan ini disebabkan kerja sangat busy. bulan puasa, dah ambil hari cuti, pagi2 lagi dh smp, tapi dapat layanan yang uncalled for dari Jamal. Pagi2 dah naikkan suara marah padahal tanya dengan elok sahaja. tidak membantu langsung, hanya nak get us out of the way. selalu elok je akak tuh melayan. very very dissapointed, because this is not how patrons at the bank should be served
