2026 update: went to the branch to resolve a double charge issue that involves my medical and personal background. The young Malay male staff at the main front desk (where you take your numbered tickets) was extremely rude and almost laughed at my issues. He was so blur too and gave me the wrong solutions until I saw the services advisor as the back. What the heck, Maybank?
