Very professional service by all staff , thank you so much helping me open my acc..
Thanks for Ms Ang for the prompt service and helpful.
Staff sangat baik2 Dan sangat ramah.. Memudahkan saya berkomunikasi
I am disappointed with the customer service I received from Suriya Dewi. The way she responded to my questions felt impolite and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and spoken to politely, even when handling difficult situations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.
