Enquired a hire purchase loan, signed it and i didnt receive a loan agreement copy. I need it for processing, and safekeeping. Called auto finance department multiple times, no people pickup. Called main line, officer helped me checked and said there's no agreement under my name, what kind of bullshit is this? My car is already here, so no agreement under my name, so i dont need to pay installment la right? If so, i'd happily accept.
