Poor service
Had a good time replacing my maybank debit card to this BTS World Tour Arirang Visa debit card. The process was smooth and all of the staffs helped to assist from numbering to card application. Thank you for smoothen out the process!

I have called more than 20 times, but no one has answered my calls. This is very disappointing, especially for a bank that is expected to provide reliable and accessible customer service. The Head Office should look into this matter seriously and take the necessary action to improve the service. Customers should not have to make numerous calls just to get someone to answer.
