Staff problem!
System down on the day of pay. Almost every time. Denying customer with the most braindead excuse that they can come up with. Not even sure why they even bother putting people working here when machine can do better job.
Good service from Miss Rose, who was very helpful, helped me to call customer service due to my money got stuck in the atm.

great service by most of the staff! Especially this one puan (I dont know her name) but she served me today 24/14/25 around 3:30 pm at counter 11. So generous and polite. Please give her a raise ❤️
