Untactful, unprofessional and rude front desk customer service. Given wrong information, wasting time and totally awful guidance. After the disgusting experience, call Maybank customer service outside the bank and being advise to go to another branch because the staff given absolutely wrong information and might due to they lack of knowledges. Worst Maybank branch ever experience
Speechless aku. Datang konter depan di suruh duduk klak nunggah, SEJAM aku nunggu x d tunggah dtg ku agik kaunter baruk nya berik nombor dh ya berurusan xsampey 15 menit!!! Buang masa aku SEJAM BETUNGGU SHIBALLLLLLLL!!!
