Met a very arrogant female Malay staff (Nt sure the name) stationed at (Customer Service) front desk who was very rude towards my partner. Just because we accidentally selected the wrong branch on the MAE app, she spoke to us in a rude and arrogant manner. Her attitude was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable as customers. Things can be explained nicely but she chose to speak in these impolite tone. Will not go to this maybank branch anymore just because of this one worker.
