I visited Maybank Permas jaya on 10 Feb at 2.40 pm wanted to ask about my asnb because I need to update my phone number. The lady at counter told me they have to stop the queue because already 4 person waiting in the lane . My question is why u need to stop the queue so sudden ? It is u can’t take customer after 3pm cause you closed at 4pm ? If the lady apologise and explain to me about the situation I understand but she never say at all. Im very disappointed with the service.

dah nama pun customer service so handle lah customer tu dengan professional. hanya sekadar nak bertanya “ bila duit raya boleh tukar, boleh bagi date bila agak²? “ jawapan sangatlah tidak professionalnya cuma jwb “ puasa pun belum dik, awak dah tanya pasal duit raya “ tidak kelakar ya. nanti bila kita dtg tiba² tuptup kata dah tutup. kita bertanya sebab kita nampak dia punya note dkt kaunter tu boleh tukar duit untuk cny. salah ke kalau kita nak tukar sekali. lol

Today I went to the Maybank Permas Jaya branch to deposit a large amount of coins, and I would really like to compliment the staff I met. One male staff member was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. He handled everything professionally and made the experience very pleasant. I would also like to praise the counter lady who was managing a long queue of customers on her own while still maintaining a warm smile and a high level of professionalism. That was truly admirable.
