This is the worst customer service spa I have ever experienced. Our "massage" was an arm massage. The guy used his forearms to massage my body. Last I checked, a massage is with your hands. I paid to get massage with hairy arms instead of a professional massage focused on my body and knots. This place also got my appointment wrong and did NOT honor our facial and massage special for valentine's day.
