I so appreciated Maya’s thorough assessment of my issue and her plan to help my body realign its pathways. She has a gentle touch and with small, focused pressure, she taught my body how to let go of old patterns and trust that it could make new ones. I highly recommend working with her.

I have had numerous rolfing sessions with Maya Ray and each has been incredible. She mixes both her strength and kindess, so you truly feel like what you need is met. I have major pain in my back along with a lot of stress with my work, and she always finds the right spots and I leave feeling 100,000 times lighter (and more grounded) than when I entered. Maya is at the top of her class when it comes to cranial sacral therapy, Rolfing and yoga. She is gifted at knowing what your body needs. She has helped me immensely! To add to all that, she is so kind ,Gentle and Compassionate. I Will miss her but I’m happy for all of those new clients that are fortunate to have her as their therapist.

I found Maya when searching for a Rolfer near me. I liked that when I reached out to schedule an appointment she was very prompt in responding and setting up a date and time that worked for the both.
