I don't think I have ever seen such mishandlement from any law firm that I have ever hired. They will keep stalling your probate closure for more money. Do NOT hire them as a defense attorney OR probate attorney. Poor communication, and not taking any appropriate steps at all. Unprofessionalism to the highest extent.
Holly was rude and uncaring. There is a lack of communication or no communication. Triples her price after you hire her and told us we are taking up to much of her time. She doesn't explain the court process and when you ask questions, she treates you like you're stupid. She made ignorant comments to us about our custody case and got us confused with other clients. We learned more from an attorney we were looking to replace Holly with. She came highly rated to us but clearly not our experience.
Very professional and friendly. Answered all questions and offered super advice. Highly recommend.
