I have been going to May and Associates for many years and never had any issues until cosgrave palinski & associates took over the office. I went this year to file my taxes in March, and was assured it would be filed by the April deadline, but it never was. They just filed an extension and said that my taxes were “being reviewed” and will be submitted shortly. I've been going here for 3 years and for 3 years they have increased their prices. When I emailed Cathy with concern (twice), she did not even respond. This was especially disconcerting since, last year, she made a mistake setting up my state quarterly taxes. I'll not give her my business, nor a referral.
