I've had my share of experiences with CPA teams—some good, some not so great—so when I say that May & Company, LLP is top-tier, I mean it. They've been absolutely fantastic to work with! Not taking new clients
The first time I called them, i had been transferred to leave a message and phone number. The second time, the person who picked up, went from “I’m not sure that we are accepting new clients” to “we are not accepting new clients” after asking the receiver of the call if the fees were monthly or not and they couldn’t give an answer. Whoever received my call was not qualified and too lazy to accept new clients.
I have used May and Company for my personal tax returns for years. We used them for our business tax returns also for years. Never have had a problem. Very helpful people.
