Order a truck rack and parts are missing and call them every day and haven’t got an answer, Poor communication and untrustworthy company
Bought a truck crane and busted on first use lifting 130lbs. Company refused to send a new hydraulic ram for it. Their products expire after ninety days apparently.
I purchased a swing down dual bike rack earlier this summer. Less than a month later, the rubber sleeves that protect the bike from scratches began cracking. I contacted MaxxHaul and they did send me a couple of replacements. However, when I asked them if they changed the quality of the sleeves, I was told no. So I guess I'll be buying new ones when needed or possibly will find an alternative. I feel the quality should be better considering what these racks cost.
I misplaced the keys for my roof rack cross bars. Bella, in customer service, looked after me promptly and very efficiently, sending replacement keys to me in Ontario, Canada. They make a good product and provide exceptional customer service.
