I had purchased the trailer spare tire bracket. Only used on my boat tailer for three local trips. The welds on the 1 1/4” square tubing failed and my new spare tire went flying across the road way. Absolutely no weld penetration between the mounting bracket and the square tubing. Elmer’s glue welding process is a serious safety risk. I was lucky no nearby passing vevicles were present at the time the tire/bracket went flying/bouncing across the road.
Scammer !! I have order tow hitch adapter from online store, 30 days still today haven’t received it but tracking indicated been delivered, website contact details invalid email address !! Do not purchase online !!! Chinese factory in China
Order a truck rack and parts are missing and call them every day and haven’t got an answer, Poor communication and untrustworthy company
Bought a truck crane and busted on first use lifting 130lbs. Company refused to send a new hydraulic ram for it. Their products expire after ninety days apparently.
I purchased a swing down dual bike rack earlier this summer. Less than a month later, the rubber sleeves that protect the bike from scratches began cracking. I contacted MaxxHaul and they did send me a couple of replacements. However, when I asked them if they changed the quality of the sleeves, I was told no. So I guess I'll be buying new ones when needed or possibly will find an alternative. I feel the quality should be better considering what these racks cost.
